Megan is a 3rd year undergraduate student at UofT, studying Bioinformatics & Computational Biology. She has wet lab experience with Dr. Fritz Roth where she aided in the deep mutational scanning of the autoimmune regulator and superoxide dismutase 1 genes. Megan is interested in the mapping of genotype to phenotype and wants to explore this through polygenic risk scores in the Felsky lab.
